Create a Card Synced account
Sign up with your email at cardsynced.com/login — no credit card required. You'll land on the onboarding page.

Export your TCGPlayer inventory
In TCGPlayer Seller Portal, go to Pricing > Export Inventory. Download the CSV with current quantities, conditions and prices.

Import into Card Synced
In your dashboard, go to Listings > Import and upload the CSV. We auto-match product IDs and carry over conditions, quantities and prices.

Set your shipping rates
Configure shipping zones and weight bands in your seller profile. You can copy your existing TCGPlayer rates or start from our templates.

Go live
Review the import preview and click Publish. Listings appear in the catalogue immediately and start surfacing in search.
Migration FAQs
Can I run both at the same time?⌄
Yes. Most sellers cross-list during the switch, then phase out TCGPlayer once Card Synced momentum builds. The API keeps inventory synced across both.
What about my TCGPlayer seller rating?⌄
Ratings don't transfer (TCGPlayer owns them), but we pre-seed your profile with verified-partner badging if you have strong off-platform presence.
Do I need to re-photograph my cards?⌄
No. We use the same product database and official card images, so your singles are visually identical to TCGPlayer listings.
