Switch from Cardmarket to Card Synced

Cardmarket charges sellers 5-8% per sale plus additional fees on higher-value transactions. Card Synced charges you nothing. This guide walks you through the full migration.

How it works — 5 steps

  1. 1

    Create a Card Synced account

Sign up at cardsynced.com/login. Set your default shipping country — this determines which buyer countries see your listings.

  2. 2

    Export your Cardmarket stock

In your Cardmarket dashboard, go to Stock > Stock Management > Export. Download the MKMStockList CSV.

  3. 3

Map conditions & run the import

Upload the CSV to our import tool. We automatically translate Cardmarket's PL/LP/NM to our condition scale and preserve your prices.

  4. 4

    Configure shipping zones

Add your domestic + international rates. Our template covers Royal Mail / DHL / DPD out of the box.

  5. 5

    Publish and promote

Activate your listings. Share your seller profile URL with existing Cardmarket customers to pull them across.

Migration FAQs

Is Card Synced available in the EU?

Yes. We operate across the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and more, with full multi-currency support.

How do taxes work?

VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on buyer and seller jurisdictions. EU sellers still handle their own filings, same as Cardmarket.

What about my Cardmarket reputation?

Reputation doesn't transfer, but we verify long-standing Cardmarket pro-sellers on request — contact support with a link to your profile.
